Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to me. Here I explain, clearly and without legal fog, what personal data I collect through this website, why, how long I keep it, and what rights you have.
Who processes your data
The data controller is PM ART TEAM Ltd. (operating as the photography studio Mladen Borisov Photography), Bulgarian company registration number (UIC) 206393410, with registered office at: 7 Sava Radulov Str., fl. 4, Odesos district, Varna, Bulgaria, represented by its manager Mladen Borisov. What data I collect
I collect only what you give me voluntarily, plus the technical minimum needed for security:
- Through the contact form: your names, email address, phone number (optional), event date (optional) and the content of your message.
- Technical data: when you visit, the hosting provider automatically records limited information in server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and the normal operation of the site.
I do not collect sensitive personal data and I do not require registration or an account.
What I use it for
- To reply to your enquiry and keep in touch with you.
- To prepare an offer and to organise and deliver the photography/video service, if we decide to work together.
- To keep the website secure and running.
I do not use your data for advertising campaigns and I do not send you unsolicited messages.
On what legal basis
I process the data from your enquiry in order to take steps at your request prior to a potential contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a)). I process the technical logs on the basis of legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long I keep it
I keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for. If we do not end up working together, I delete your enquiry within a reasonable period (up to 12 months after our last contact). If we sign a contract, some documents are stored longer where the law requires it (accounting records, for example). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Who I share it with
I do not sell or hand over your personal data to third parties for their own purposes. I use trusted providers only to keep the service running — the hosting company that stores the website, and the email provider through which I receive your enquiries. They process the data solely on my instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
When the site loads, your browser also connects to two external resources: Google Fonts (the site's typefaces) and Behold (which displays my Instagram posts). With these requests the respective provider technically receives your IP address — this is unavoidable for loading the resource and is not used by me for tracking.
Cookies
The site uses only technically necessary cookies so that it works correctly. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If I ever add a traffic-analysis tool in the future, I will ask for your consent in advance through a clear banner, before it loads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, at any time you have the right to:
- access the data I hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- object to the processing;
- withdraw the consent you have given, at any time, without affecting what has already been carried out.
To exercise any of these rights, simply write to me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, www.cpdp.bg.
